Lakeview Resort Is Now Providing Guests With Faster Check-In And Easier Access To Their Rooms
Lakeway Resort and Spa, a Texas-based AAA Four Diamond resort, unveiled the new guest room access option, with the OpenKey mobile app. Guests will now have the option of downloading the OpenKey app to their smartphone, giving them access to a digital key code, which will be utilized to unlock their room.
OpenKey not only provides guests with electronic key codes, but it allows them to skip the check-in desk. The app also provides temporary rental property owners with a more effective way to monitor guest access activity and eliminate long lines at the check-in desk, along with improving guest experience.“At Lakeway Resort and Spa we strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible,” said Blake Doran, general manager at Lakeway Resort and Spa. “As a AAA Four Diamond resort, our guests expect us to offer the latest amenities and benefits, that’s why we are excited to be offering OpenKey.”
The resort installed SALTO Smart Locks on all 175-guest rooms and integrated the OpenKey platform into its management system. Lakeway Resort guests will now have the ability to check-in remotely, contact the front desk, send ETA to the resort and confirm their identity with an ID capture via the OpenKey app.
With the recent renovation project complete and with the implementation of the OpenKey Technology, guests will be ensured of a more rewarding experience as a Lakeway Resort guest.
