ShadeCraft To Announce The First Autonomous Solar Powered Shading System At CES Unveiled

ShadeCraft, a Los Angeles-based technology and robotics startup, announced Wednesday its plan to showcase the world’s first ever autonomous robotic shading at CES Unveiled. The shading system, Sunflower, utilizes Smart connectivity and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide autonomous optimal shade and energy collection. Sunflower is integrated with a multiple sensors that are capable of collecting real-time weather data, but this is only the beginning.

The Smart Home industry is expected to grow to more than $14 trillion by 2020, with over 15 percent of homes already installed with connected devices and products. ShadeCraft will lead the way for robotic outdoor solutions.

ShadeCraft’s Sunflower autonomous shading system will be unveiled on January 3, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay, South Pacific Ballroom Booth #36.

It will also be showcased Thursday, January 5 through Sunday, January 8 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. at the Smart Home Exhibit, Sands, Halls A-D Booth #40530.
